01. Deployment Authorization
By accessing the CleverHex network, you agree to comply with these terms. Unauthorized attempts to bypass our security protocols will result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action under cybercrime statutes.
02. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
We strive for 99.9% uptime. However, CleverHex is not liable for data loss due to catastrophic "Black Swan" events or sovereign-level cyber warfare operations beyond reasonable commercial control.
03. User Conduct
Prohibited
- Attempting to reverse engineer our algorithms
- Utilizing our tools for illegal offensive operations
- Spread of malware via our channels
Required
- Report vulnerabilities via proper channels
- Maintain strict credential hygiene
- Comply with international data laws
04. Liability Limitations
CleverHex shall not be held responsible for consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
